About Me

For the first five years of my career, I served the Linn and Johnson County areas in both spa and independent settings, gaining experience across a wide range of client needs and treatment styles. Since then, I have continued to expand my education through certifications in Introduction to Ayurveda, Infant Massage, Nerve Glide Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy and Counter-strain, and Champi Indian Head Massage.

After years of working in established spaces, I opened Evolve Massage Therapy so I could slow down care, spend more time educating clients, and build something sustainable for both my clients and myself. I was drawn to Dysart with the intention of offering greater availability and more intentional, high-quality care to the community and local massage industry.

My work is grounded in client education and a thoughtful, individualized approach—no two sessions are the same, because no two bodies are the same. While my specialty is deep tissue and specifics, relaxation and nervous system support remain at the core of every session.
