About Me

Massage therapy has been my goal for as long as I can remember. I still recall writing a ‘20 years from now’ in fifth grade, and becoming a massage therapist was already the dream. That childhood dream has grown into a career I genuinely love—one that continues to challenge, inspire, and ground me every day. Knowing that I can make a meaningful difference in how someone feels is what keeps me passionate about this work.

After graduating from Solon High School in 2018, I attended Carlson College of Massage Therapy’s full-time program and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Iowa in February of 2019.

Over the next five years, I served clients throughout the Linn and Johnson County areas, gaining experience in a wide variety of treatment styles and needs while continuing my education through advanced training in Trigger Point Therapy & Counter-strain, Nerve Glide Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy & Lymphatic Drainage for Headaches, Champi Indian Head Massage, Infant Massage, and Introduction to Ayurveda.

I founded Evolve Massage Therapy with a vision of creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and never rushed. I was drawn to Dysart with the intention of bringing greater availability, trusted therapeutic care, and a personalized approach to an area with limited local massage options.

While I specialize in deep tissue and focused therapeutic bodywork, relaxation and nervous system support remain at the heart of every session. My goal is to help you move better, feel better, and live better through care that evolves with you.
